The content is intended to make the work of the board and property owners easier. This site is NOT a product of the board or the City of Tucson. I, Ken Taylor, am solely responsible for its content. It is provided as a community service funded entirely by me and produces no profit.

Buying or Selling Property in an HPZ

Real estate professionals and individuals buying or selling properties in an HPZ should become aware of the advantages and obligations involved with such ownership. If a buyer is not adequately informed, the seller or seller’s agent could be liable for civil legal action when a buyer is unable to use the property as intended.
